Phone Services
You must be the bill payer or have the bill payer’s permission to call any numbers listed on this site. The service is for over 18’s only, calls are recorded and are for entertainment purposes only. The service provider is InverOak.
Calls to 0905 numbers cost £1.50 per minute plus your network provider’s access charge.
If you are calling to pay by Card, 0207 numbers are charged at the standard network rate. Calls from Australia, Ireland and USA are toll free with payment made via credit or debit card. At the end of your pre-paid time, you will be able to extend the consultation if you wish.
If you would like to end the call at any point, for any reason, then hang up. If you do not connect with a reader, disconnect the call within the first 5 minutes and call reception on 0207 111 6406. If the reading has lasted less than 5 minutes, then we can offer a full refund or reset your minutes to speak to another reader.
Please note that extra minutes are charged at £1.50 per minute.

SMS Services
Text replies to the 60016 service cost £1.50 each to receive (maximum two replies per question) plus your standard network rate.
You must be over the age of 18 and have the bill payer’s permission. Standard network rates apply to any messages sent to the service. We will ask you to confirm your name and date of birth when you first interact with our service. By sending a message to our service, you are automatically opted in to receive promotional messages. You can opt out of these at any point by sending STOP to 60016. We cannot answer questions on Health, Pregnancy, Finance or Legal matters.
Email Readings
You will receive your email reading within 72 hours after ordering, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays which may take longer. We cannot answer questions on Health, Pregnancy, Legal or Financial matters. All payments are made via debit or credit card.
Chargebacks
In the event that Mystic Meg Ltd receives a chargeback from a customer who has legitimately used the service in accordance with our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to pursue recovery of the outstanding amount.
Any additional fees incurred by Mystic Meg Ltd, whether from the payment provider or a recovery agency – will also be the responsibility of the customer.
Furthermore, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently bar access to our services for any customer who initiates a chargeback against us.

Refunds
All of our readers undergo a thorough testing process to ensure they are genuine and meet our high standards. Only those who demonstrate true ability and integrity are invited to work with us. If you are dissatisfied with your reading, please contact our Customer Services team by calling 0207 111 6406 or emailing us, so we can assist you.
To be eligible for a refund or review:
- You must contact us within 90 days of the reading.
- The call must have lasted no more than 5 minutes.
- All requests must be submitted via the customer service number and are subject to verification.
- Please note that any refunds are issued at our sole discretion.
